I have over 30 years of leadership experience, 4 with the US Navy and over 27 with Texas Instruments. As a tech executive, I have experienced a variety of leadership challenges both personally and by observing others. Using these hard-won lessons to help others has become a passion.
Before exploring coaching, I was vice president of engineering operations and quality at Texas Instruments. And have experience serving on boards at Southern Methodist university, Florida A&M university, Florida State University as well as North Texas make-a-wish. I am a passionate supporter of BEST robotics and their mission to get people excited about STEM.
I’m grateful at this stage of my career to be able to focus full-time on this passion. I’m excited to help leaders and teams excel.
I live in the Dallas area with my favorite people, my wife and two daughters.
